Rosewater and glycerin throughout the day
Homemade raw shea butter lotion ("TML", i.e. Tom's magical lotion)
Vitamin E oil
Internally:
Water
Water with lemon oil (3 drops)
2 drops Frankincense
Food:
1 Bowl of --> Broth + raw carrots + brown rice pasta + Non-GMO vegan "cheese" + liquid soy protein + coconut fat
(but with some replacements due to food restrictions).
I meant to track the number of water cups today... Tomorrow, maybe. I have a good system to follow. ;)
